Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required with a major credit card when you schedule any spa body treatment as well as groups of four or more multiple salon and/or spa services. We kindly request 24 hour notice of cancellation for day spas; failure to cancel within this time period will result in loss of deposit. Otherwise, please allow us 2 hours notice for all other services. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing
Price variations reflect the demand for, the level of
expertise and the experience of particular designers.
These professionals offer you the benefit of advanced
training and years of experience. All of our staff
members, regardless of their position, meet the highest standards that Designer's Edge and you, our valued
client, expect.

Check Policy
A $30.00 charge will be added to all returned checks.

Credit Cards
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mall Gift Certificates.

Gift Cards
Gift cards make the perfect gift for all occasions. Our gift cards are available for any of the services we offer and may be for any denomination. There is no expiration date, however, if the card is presented more than one year after the date of purchase, the card holder must pay the price difference if a price change has occurred. Please remember that your gift card must be present at the time of the service rendered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Please keep in mind that gratuity is not included
in the gift card purchase price. For an extra thoughtful gift, you may elect to include gratuity with your purchase.

Gift cards may be purchased at our front desk or we will gladly mail a gift card with a credit card order placed by phone.

If you would like to rearrange any of the services you received you may exchange your services for the face value of the gift card. No cash refunds can be given on gift cards. Services will not be rendered without your gift card.
